How to Apply
Apply to Division of Learning Technology, C.C.C. (office at fifth floor, Second General Building) seven working days before the actual activity. Contact the person in charge: Ms. Jui-Hui Chen; extension: 31240; Email:dlcmy.nthu.edu.tw 
C.C.C. will notify the applicant with the approval result through E-Mail or telephone within three working days, after receiving of the application.
Application Procedure
Step 1: Preparation in advance – Please call us and give the time and location of the activity.
Step 2: Application receiving – Download Application Form, fill it up, print it out, and give it to the person in charge.
Step 3: C.C.C. notifies the applicant with the approval result through E-Mail or telephone.
Step 4: It requires twice of site exploring and testing before actual activity. If the in-campus site is too far away from the location of C.C.C. (such as: College of Humanities and Social Science, College of Life Science, College of Nuclear Science, etc.) or it is out of campus, the applicant unit has to provide on its own the proper transportation for escorting on both going and returning trips.
Step 5: Testing and broadcasting on the day of the activity.
Step 6: Payment procedure:
A. Personal: Pays according to the charging criterion and takes the temporary
receipt. The formal receipt can be got later upon notification.
B. Account Balance Transfer: For a school’s unit, it has to fill up “In-campus Account Balance Transfer Notice”. Please get the unit’s transfer code ready in advance.
Attention:
1. Applicant unit has to prepare 110V AC, 20A (or above) quota capacity, steady electrical source within 30 Meters close to the site. And it also has to provide network service of at least 1Mb bandwidth.
2. If the in-campus site is too far away from the location of C.C.C. (such as: College of Humanities and Social Science, College of Life Science, College of Nuclear Science, etc.) or it is out of campus, the applicant unit has to provide on its own the proper transportation for escort on both going and returning trips.
3. The life broadcasting time will be counted with unit of one hour. For those not sufficient for one hour will be counted as one hour.
4. Temporarily no service outside Sin-Chu or Chu-Pei area is provided.
5. If the life broadcasting time is too long as to exceed the time agreed on, the charges on life broadcasting will be supplemented.
6. All applicants have to agree and abide by “Rules on Life Broadcasting Service”
7. The charges will contain facilities fees and the fees for the twice site exploring and testing.
8. On-site picture taking will be charged separately.
