A brief introduction of video conferencing
In order to satisfy colleagues’ requirement of video conferencing service, C.C.C. utilizes the well established in-campus network and collaborates with units in our school to set up a video conferencing room. It provides every unit a high quality, steady, and versatile video conferencing service. No matter whether academic research forum or general meeting is implemented, the quality of the meeting will be effectively improved. Welcome teachers or students in our school ask each unit for borrowing.
Our school’s video conferencing service is primary in IP environment. Currently it provides services such as users’ multi-receiving-speeds, selection of various divided screens, time frame reservation and scheduling etc.
Advantage of video conferencing
1. Save time and expenses of traveling:
In the past, if you wish to go out of town or abroad for a meeting you have to arrange transportation, boarding and lodging in advance. It consumes a lot of time and money. However situation has been changed. If only the other parties can access the facilities of video conferencing, you can easily utilize our school’s video conferencing system to have a meeting with them.
2. Improve efficiency:
Our school’s video conferencing system let you manage the meeting very easily. It is not limited by time or the distance between you and the other parties whom you wish to contact. The efficiency is greatly improved.
