Collecting the application and getting the finished work:
Collection: Please send the application to the person in charge, Div. of Learning Technology, C.C.C. (The office is located at fifth floor, Second General Building.)
How to get the finished work: You can get it at the office of fifth floor.

Remark: The finished work will be available in three working days. If you need to get it on the same day, the service charge shall be increased by 20% for it is regarded as an urgent case.
Steps for large drawing output:
Step 1: Preparation - Get the file ready for printing out and physically come to or call C.C.C.
Step 2: Application’s collection - Download the Application Form, fill it up, and print it out. Bring the application form and the file for output, then give them to the person in charge. After the file for output is checked as no error in format and the finishing date is confirmed, this collection step is done.
Step 3: Get the finished work – On the finishing date go to fifth floor, C.C.C. to get it.
Step 4: Payment -
A. Personal: User pays according to the charging criteria and gets the temporary receipt; Getting the formal receipt is to be notified in some other time.
B. Transferring account - School’s unit please fill up the in-school account transfer form with the unit’s account transfer code ready.

Remark: The finished work will be available in three working days. If you need to pick it up on the same day, the price shall be increased by 20%.
Attention:
1. Please use RGB format to finish up the manuscript. If you wish to output non-four-color printing, please don’t make it up with CMYK format.
2. Don’t enlarge a small graphic file into a large drawing. This will make the drawing vague.
3. First decide the size of output. Then use this size to make the drawing. Please leave about 2cm for upper and lower margins and about 1cm for left and right margins.
4. The resolution of the output graphic file is 300DPI. Don’t use resolution of lower then 300DPI to make drawing.
5. The finished work will be available in three working days. If you need to pick it up on the same day, the price shall be calculated at the price of urgent case.
6. For those file format not in the list we will not accept the job.
7. For large-amount jobs please inform us earlier for the convenience of operation.
8. Please call us first to verify that the urgent task can be provided then you may send your urgent application to us.
