Brief Introduction
The digital film studio is located at fifth floor, C.C.C. It is set up with facilities such as film studio, secondary control room, recording room, after-making editing room etc. It also provides digital video/picture cameras to precisely record Tsing Hua’s fascinating events in a collection.

The procedure of applying for borrowing the film studio
Two weeks before the video recording date please fill up the Application Form → Send it by in-campus delivery or by faxing the application form to Div. of Learning Technology, C.C.C. → The video recording squad will respond with the processing situation in three working days after the application. (Same for those unable to process for some reason) → Accepts the application, Brings up the outline of manufacturing, Discusses with the working staffs of C.C.C. → Fixes the manuscript → C.C.C. starts making.

Remark: The finished work will be available in three working days. If you need to pick up on the same day, the charge will be increased by 20% for it is regarded as an urgent case.
Remarks:
1. For general video recording please bring up your application two weeks before shooting for preparation of materials.
2. The earlier stage of making video recording program primarily includes the writing of proposal and script. A good proposal should include program name, type, keynote, audience, expected effect, way of displaying, characteristic of the program, schedule planning, staffs, and budget etc. for easy communication and coordination for the shooting.
3. C.C.C.‘s shooting works primarily is to support school’s activities. It will be charged separately for student’s civil organization or personal application.
4. The charging criteria will be announced on the website. Please read the related regulations and then fill up the Appication Form for bring up your video recording application.
5. All application forms will be reserved for one year’s reference. Afterward they will be archived. Therefore the important recording works in an academic year can be precisely inquired. It also facilitates each department’s inquiries about video recording matters concerned.
