Please bring your campus ID card and go to the service counter, second floor, C.C.C. to borrow CDs. There are two ways for borrowing: 
(1) In person: Bring your employee’s ID card or student ID card and go to the service counter, second floor, C.C.C. to borrow.
(2) Entrusting others: If you need to entrust others, the entrustee has to bring his/her ID card, your employee’s ID card, and the signed entrusting letter and go to the service counter, second floor, C.C.C. to borrow.
The borrowing of In-campus software is limited to three sets per person. They have to be returned by next day’s 5pm. If the borrower does not return the borrowed CD when the due time is passed, his/her borrowing right will be suspended immediately. The number of suspension days shall be calculated in he following formula:
Number of suspension days = Accumulated number of times of overdue * This time’s number of overdue days * This time’s number of overdue sets
If the borrower has lost or damaged the borrowed CD, the borrower has to compensate according to C.C.C.’s regulations and be responsible for the issues incurred hence.
 
Rules for Borrowing In-Campus Software CDs
1. In order to promote and regulate in-campus software CD’s effective usage and proper management, these rules are specially set up.
2. The usage of in-campus software has to abide by the regulation of in campus authorization, and respect the right of intellectual property.
3. All our school’s faculty, employees and students can borrow CD from C.C.C..
 4. There are two ways of borrowing CD:

8. These rules are passed by the meeting of Division of Network System, Computer and Communication Center and put into practice. Whenever they are to be revised, it shall follow the same manner.
