週一至週五 早上10:00-下午05:00 (週六、日不開放領獎)
Mon. to Fri. AM10:00-PM05:00 (Sat. and Sun. are suspended.)
三、領獎地點(Place)
計算機與通訊中心二樓用戶服務區櫃臺
Computer and communication center 2nd floor - Customer service area's counter.
四、注意事項(Notice)
- 請攜帶學生證或教職員證領獎，並於領獎時簽名。Please bring your student/staff card and sign your name when you receive the prize.
- 可委託他人代領，受委託人需為清華大學之學生或教職員。受委託人需攜帶自己及委託人之學生證或教職員證，並於領獎時簽名及填寫學號或教職員編號。You can authorize other people to receive the prize. The trustee should be student/staff in NTHU. The trustee has to bring his/her and principal's student/staff cards, and sign the trustee's name and No. when he/she receive the prize.
