• Period: May 4, 2026, to June 7, 2026
• How to Participate: Please log in to the "Academic Information Systems" to complete the survey.
• Target Participants: All NTHU faculty, staff, and students.

1.  Eligibility: After completing the survey, present your Student ID or Faculty/Staff ID to redeem one gift card.

2.  Redemption Period: May 4 – June 7 (Weekdays, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM) (Available while supplies last).

3.  Redemption Locations:

o   Main Campus: 2nd Floor Service Desk, Computer and Communication Center.

o   Nanda Campus: Computer and Communication Center Office.

4.  Redemption Rules: Gifts are limited. To ensure fairness, you may bring the survey respondent's ID to collect on their behalf. However, gift reservations of any kind are not accepted.
