Announcement of Winners for the National Tsing Hua University Campus Network and Licensed Software Service Quality Survey

 Redemption time:

1. From today onwards until 31th October, 10:00 am- 5:00 pm (Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are unavailable.)
2. Failure to claim the prize within the stipulated period will be considered as forfeiture.

 Redemption location: (with ID and faculty/student ID)

Main Campus Computer and Communication Center 2F Service Desk.

 Notice：

1. The organizer will not be responsible for use, warranty and maintenance of all prizes afterward.
2. Recipients of the prizes shall pay relevant income tax in accordance with the tax laws of the Republic of China.
3. If the incentive plan cannot be implemented due to specific reasons, the organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the plan.
