On August 1, 2024, all school tenants will adjust their pooled storage space sizes on OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange.

Please find the details below:

1. Microsoft is reducing the total available cloud storage space for all users in the school to 100TB, encompassing OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange.

2. In the future, the individual cloud storage space available per account for OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange will be significantly

reduced from the current 5TB to an estimated amount of below 10GB.

C.C.C. plans to reduce the OneDrive 5TB cloud storage to 1TB on December 31, 2023

In the future, we will continue to gradually adjust according to Microsoft's policy schedule.

We kindly request all faculty and students to back up and migrate their data in OneDrive cloud storage

in advance to avoid any disruption to your data usage. Origin: Microsoft
