Notice

1.Please bring your student/staff card and sign your name when you receive the prize.
2.You can authorize other people to receive the prize. The trustee should be student/staff in NTHU. The trustee has to bring his/her and principal's student/staff cards, and sign the trustee's name and No. when he/she receive the prize.
