Reminder: Your requests will be confirmed by telephone after receiving the application. The process will be finished within three working days if accepted.

Rules

1. Applicant: All offices, divisions, and departments in National Tsing Hua University are eligible to apply this service.
2. Copyrights of videos and photos are owned by National Tsing Hua University
3. A reproduction request is permitted by the corresponding activity organizers.
4. Application rules：

• Activity organizer: Download and fill out the application form, then return it to the contact window by email. (Media Reproduction Application Form)
• Others than the activity organizer, such as administration divisions, departments, and students in National Tsing Hua University: Please propose request to activity organizers for permission directly.

Notices to the video entrust

       Offices, divisions, and departments that apply for making media data public on NTHU Media System must sign up “Affidavit of the Authorization from NTHU Computer and Communication Center for the Media Publication on NTHU Media System”.
