Rules of Renting Computer Classroom:
1. In order to regulate the renting of computer classroom, so as to provide our school a computer education’s practice environment and promote the effective utilization and proper maintenance of computer classrooms, these rules are specially set up.
2. All computer classrooms are only opened to our school’s units including student’s civic organizations.
3. The service provides the general booking and overtime booking at night
a. The general-term booking: The time period is Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.;
it is closed on Saturday, Sunday and regularly closed.
b. The overtime-term booking: Users could be charged for management fees.
Please check Article 6. If there have any special requires which extend the time period
at night, the time period is Monday-Friday 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
4. The charges for computer classroom’s renting are calculated according to the following principal:
a. It is free for all curriculum stipulated by Office of Academic Affairs.
(The overtime-term booking are excepted from the regulation.)
b. It is free for all activities of executing our school’s public affairs when renting the computer
classroom.
c. For students’ civic organization, if the accumulated number of renting hours is less than six,
it is free; If two computer classrooms are rented at the same time for one hour it shall be
counted as two hours; Three hours for three rooms. And so on.
d. For students’ civic organization, if the accumulated number of renting hours is more than
six, each computer classroom will be charged for NT$500/hour.
(If the exceeding time is less than one hour it will be counted as one hour.)
e. For other cases, each computer classroom will be charged for NT$1000/hour.
The portion which is less than one hour will be counted as one hour.
5. The renting of the computer classroom is according to the following priorities:
a. Curriculums stipulated by Office of Academic Affairs.
b. Seminars or workshops sponsored by our school’s units.
c. Activities of executing our school’s public affairs by our school’s units.
d. Seminars or workshops sponsored by our school’s civic organizations or camps.
e. C.C.C.’s training classes.
f. Other cases.
6. Apply for the overtime-term booking must be in conformity with the principles as follows:
a. Curriculums stipulated by Office of Academic Affairs.
b. Agree to pay the charge of management fees with overtime-term. The standard charge:
An hour as a consulate unites, NT$ 500. For one classroom per hours
(less than one hour will be treated as one hour).
c. Users have to apply for the tenancy service before two weeks.
7. Application procedure for renting computer classroom:
a. For curriculums which are stipulated by Office of Academic Affairs and need to use
computer classrooms for a whole semester they have to apply two weeks before the
time of the semester’s beginning stipulated by school’s semester calendar.
b. For those renting not for a whole semester they have to apply one week before the
actual renting time.
c. C.C.C has approved the rights to borrow or not.
8. If any facilities inside the computer classroom are damaged or lost during the renting time, the renting unit has to bear the responsibility of compensation.
9. In order to maintain the security and neatness of the facilities inside computer classrooms, bringing beverage and food into the computer classrooms is strictly prohibited.
10. In order to protect intellectual property right, the installation of unauthorized software into the computers inside the computer classrooms is strictly prohibited. Any data stored inside these hard discs have to be cleared regularly. C.C.C. is not responsible for keeping them.
11. These rules are passed by the administrative meeting of C.C.C and put into practice. It will follow the same manner when they are to be revised.
