1. The video conference room is used for academic research and official business for faculties and students. Just using the room without running video conference system is not allowed. Our office has the right to accept or reject the application.

2. The time slots that you can use the room are Monday to Friday, 07:30AM to 10:30PM. Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays are closed.

3. Please apply the service at least 14 days before you use. We will reply you by email and phone within 3 working days.

4. Applicant needs to arrange the test connection with the destination site for ensuring the video conference will go smoothly on the day you use the service.

5. If the application is approved, the applicant is not allowed to transfer the rights to other people or departments. If the applicant would like to cancel or change the application, please make the change at least 3 working days before using the service.

6. Please cherish the equipment in the video conference room. It is free of charge currently.
