How to get: Please go to the office at fifth floor to get the finished work.

Steps for transforming copy

Step 1: Preparation – Download Application Form, fill it up and print it out.

Step 2: Contact - Contact the person in charge for explaining the transforming coy matters concerned.

Step 3: Delivery - Deliver the related media for transforming copy together with the application form to the office at fifth floor, C.C.C.

Step 4: Get the finished work - Get it within the regulated period .

Step 5: Payment -

A. Personal: User pays according to the charging criteria and gets the temporary receipt; Getting the formal receipt is to be notified in some other time.

B. Transferring account - School's unit please fill up the in-school account transfer form with the unit’s account transfer code ready.

Remark: CD-R and DVD-R are provided by our division.

Using blank disc is suggested:

Remark: The above listed blank discs are tested more reliable, just for your reference.

Attention:

1. If the transferred copy has a problem of playing and is tested by our division as damaged, It can be re-transferring-copied for a new copy.

2. Regarding the film-picking problem after transferring copy, if it is tested as the compatibility problem of user's machine, it shall not be re-transferring-copied.

3. If the user himself/herself wishes to provide blank CD-R or DVD-R, the charge will be deducted by the price of the blank discs.

4. Regarding the copy right issue,Applicants will be required to sign video tape's transforming copy affidavit.
